Who We Are
Coffee With Demons is a movement centered around the apparent problem of mental health in today’s society. From full blown depression to test anxiety, the spectrum is large and only one side of it is being covered. That side is the people who have access to professional psychological services, or the people willing to go out of their shell in search for help. But there are so many more issues than therapists, and help is not cheap, easy to access, nor looked at in a bright light. Society has created a stigma around mental health and those actively seeking to better their situation. Whether people don’t have the money or don’t want to see a therapist in worry of how others might look at them, we are leaving too many people suffering from the demons inside their head.
Our Mission
To create awareness about mental health issues while breaking down the negative stigma that accompanies them, along with freeing the minds of those stuck in life’s dark times. CWD will aim at releasing emotional stress, finding the silver lining in a not-so-happy world, and overcoming what you thought you couldn’t, all with the help of others struggling themselves.

Our Vision
To change the light on mental health through self-expression, communication with others, and the realization that you aren’t in this alone. The goal is for people to leave more complete than when they came, and to be excited to go out into the world and show compassion, love, and empathy to others who need it.
I have always longed for more in many aspects of my life, and I have never believed I belong where I am, so searching for answers is something I've been doing for a while now. I find solace in intellect of the human mind, and beauty of the human heart, things I think this world could use more of. I started Coffee With Demons as my own personal outlet for words that didn't have a home anywhere else. From what started as a blog has transitioned into a movement to help people face those demons that aren't easily discussed. I deal with demons everyday, and any help I can give to others on how to live or defeat their own demons is a success I cannot put into words. My mission for CWD, through blogs, podcasts, meetings, or any intellect and art alike, is that people understand they are not alone in the dark times, nor do the dark times last. I hope that whatever you take away from Coffee With Demons makes you think deeper, question harder, and above all, love more.
